After a batch of rich, gooey cinnamon roll filling was left over, we couldn’t let it go to waste—so we stuffed it inside our signature brown butter cookie dough and rolled the whole thing in cinnamon sugar. The result? A molten, chewy, cinnamon-swirled masterpiece with an irresistibly crackly top and melty center. One bite and you'll understand why it's called extra.

At Shelley Bakehouse, we bake and ship our cookies fresh to ensure they arrive as delicious as intended. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
📦 Processing & Handling
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
We bake cookies fresh to order. Large or custom orders may take additional time to prepare.
Orders placed after 9 am, may be processed the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options:

❄️ Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months, we use insulated packaging and/or ice packs to prevent melting. This may incur an additional charge.
To reduce transit time, we may limit shipments to Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the continental U.S.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Perishable cookies cannot be re-shipped or returned once delivered.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit:
